If the Zise is not available for exchange, you will be offered a credit for that amount with a validity of 3 months for its use.
The client has only 3 days to make the change, after the days have passed we will not accept it.
For International Returns, the customer must send the piece immediately upon receipt and notify the causes of the return to the mail info@yudelkafashion.com or WhatsApp phone 809-884-5639. For this return apply the same conditions of local sale.
Colors may vary, due to photographic lens, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. These situations do not qualify for returns as defect for refunds.
Changes do not apply to Linens, Accessories, Bathing Suits, Embroidered Lace Dresses.
The pieces must be in perfect condition and the shipping costs that generate the change will be assumed by the customer.
